I don't know, I guess I've seen attempts to help incels which admittedly were all online but they tend to actively reject the attempts to help them. I also don't really think its up to anyone to save another person from themselves, and at a certain point they are just being held to the same standard everyone else is of improving themselves and if they fail to then they really only have themselves to blame.
