Remember that the Suporn clinic in Thailand gives their customers only a certain amount of time for revision surgery. If the amhole falls apart after that you are in deep trouble because the clinic isn't going to help you and Thai surgeons won't touch the work of another surgeon out of respect.

I am guessing here. I suspect it's a tube straight into the bladder that is constantly draining it. Done in order to avoid a build-up of pressure that would cause the sphincter muscles of the urethra and bladder to release. Allowing for whatever new plumbing is done for the neo penis to heal before being "functional" for pissing.

Do they have stick rods into their new pee holes to avoid them closing up? Something like that thing Johnny Knoxville had to do after his penis injury where he'd have to stick a long pipe up his pee hole so it didn't heal over?
