Fair enough I guess. I don’t really post too frequently so it’s never bothered me over the years outside of two aforementioned speds that were spam rating multiple users including myself, but I can see what you mean if you’re churning out several posts in one day. I still don’t see anything wrong with reporting rate spam though since it’s no better than someone shitting up a thread with spam posts despite that in that case you could just ignore the user then too. I prefer to have these sort of issues addressed at the root cause immediately rather than ignore them.
Plus it’s less work for mods long term to just deal with the user rather than to constantly dismiss reports with “just ignore them/disable notifications”

1. What is the state of the CT condo? As in, physical state, since it's my understanding basically nobody's been there in years and it's still full of overpriced garbage and collectibles and whatnot that he was too lazy to move out or sell. Aside from being in a presumably haunted state, i'd have imagined a ween burglar or even an unlucky normal burglar to have made a round.
2. am i really to understand that he jumped almost literally from coast to coast to live with Pandalee? I know this man isn't famed for his decisionmaking but usually there's some sort of "this is why what i'm doing is a good idea" reason in his head, no matter how dumb or nonexistent it is (the toyota being a good example), but what could he have possibly have thought of to justify that to himself or would-be detractors? E: one reason i thought of was that he was looking forward to essentially having a maid?

I know of at least 2 reasons why dsp was so adamant on moving. He always said his internet was down in the CT cahndo and he always complained about taxes were outrageous where he lived -look how well that turned out- oh and the snow storms.

1. His aunt lived there briefly before being moved into a nursing home and then dying. Phil has said that his parents moved everything out of the condo. It has been sitting there empty for years. There is nothing to steal.
2. Phil's old content answers this. Phil didn't want to pay taxes for operating a small business. There are several options he found to do this. Florida, Texas, and Washington were on the list. Florida was out because it has hurricanes. Texas was out because it is too hot. Washington was the best fit for Phil. He flew out there with Panda to spend a week looking at houses. He spent one day looking and bought the third one he looked at. He spent the rest of the week eating out at restaurants and getting drunk in the hotel.
He also made a video where he explained that Washington would improve his content because there is so much to do in Seattle. He was going to go to conventions, have new friends to play co-op with, film vlogs of the tourist attractions, etc. None of these things ever happened.
didn't he also say he'd do a lot of the mentioned stuff after getting his spine operated on which also never happened?

Yes. One of the reasons he had to move was because Leanna was going to move in and take care of him after he got his back fixed and that was impossible to do in the CT condo.
Another positive was if the youtube thing ever went south he could find a good tech job in Washington. Yes he really said that.
Florida also had an issue with business registration or something like that. Leanna talked about it on some candle making forum, It's probably in her thread if someone wants to dig around for it.
