This is pure, raw, unadulterated speculation, but I think it's less about graduating and the stalking stop, and more of that she can invest her time dealing with him with full legal effort while staying safe, not follow a schedule to specific place every week for radio recording or other official announced program. That's a load off one mind. Plus, we don't actually know the detail of this psychopath. Maybe it's less of a gachikoi kind and more of an absolute hater kind. Part of it from personal experience comes from the dissonance the kids get that since they are in a religious school, they can get away with just being shitty people because they equate religion with being a good person.

At my school emo kids would get targeted for being "dark" or "satanic". I was the first openly atheist kid in my catholic school and I got a ton of shit for it. I was pretty outspoken about it so I didn't get too much shit but the more quiet kids got a ton of it because them being quiet basically means that they just accepted the harassment and abuse.
