Far be it from me to disagree with my fellow a-logging Newman, but
I'm splitting hairs, but Clownfish were never part of CG proper, more that vague 'CG adjacent' space.
I.e. they don't lick the frog sufficiently for some tastes.
Shadowbinders is their own pre-CG property, ready to print and go, much like Cyberfrog Warts and All. And surely we've all been obsessively scrutinizing CG for long enough to know the deal with those female characters of Marvel. Come on, now. It's not just 'female YA-level character finds herself thrust into a strange world' with them, as tired as that trope might be.
The art is alright. You'd think someone who makes much of his past drawing Scrooge McDuck for The Mouse would draw better hands, but I've seen worse in crowdfunded comics, let alone elevated webcomics. At least they're not D&D stick figures.
@The Bovinian Derivative and
@NSA are right about them. They're fandom menace grifters, but less cowish than most cattle in that herd, they have an actual product to sell and they have some previous experience or knowledge in getting it done. Bringing them up as the newest punching bag is a nothingburger. Wait until they're a year late with fulfilment, or send out books that fall apart before they even get into backers hands, before reeing about them.
