Neither of them are smiling. It's kinda scary to think about. For Jazz, the reality is gradually seeping in. She looks less and less excited with each video/picture. As many have already said, food is her only comfort, and that if she started to lose weight, the large-frame male skeleton within her will make her unpassable.
As for Sander, this boy is mentally screwed. Pick any picture of him smiling from the past year. Then try covering up his mouth ( just try it. Put your fingers on the screen and cover his mouth). Then you tell me what his eyes looked like without that forced smile. He's screwed

Jazz looks so uncomfortable and distressed. I don't see how this will change unless he gets away from his mom. Having camera crews on him filming his continuing weight gain and deepening depression will only be making all of this worse. Can Jeanette even tell how miserable all of this is making him?
Being so fat really can't help with the hygiene element of his stinkditch. I can't imagine he really wants to look or do anything down there anyway, a constant festering, oozing, exploding reminder of what his life could have been.

Unpopular opinion, but I have no reason to believe Jazz is STILL literally "falling apart"; I assume he'd be in and out of the hospital if that were the case. Since it's a precedent-setting surgery, we actually have no idea if it never healed or DID eventually heal and might even be functional, if not satisfying. After all, they gave him all those dilators...

According to troon logic, being transgender IS being non-binary. They think that if you are born female for example that being transgender makes you automatically non-binary because you are presenting and living as a gender other than your biological sex, therefore not following gender norms. The mental olympics just keep getting better.
