Perhaps the word self-esteem was poorly chosen. Arrogance? Self-obsession? Whatever it makes someone think they are very good at something (in Anisa's case being a hot person who should make a living out of being hot) when that is very clearly not the case.
I don't entirely agree on her having only low self-esteem. I know girls with actual low self-esteem and they would never ever think of trying to become a 'fitness model'. They don't even want to be in regular photos, they want to be invisible. Anisa may have low self-esteem, but there is also something in her personality that makes her want to expose her body constantly, whether that be as a fitness model, titty streamer or OnlyFans whore. Obviously now she is completely losing it and doing whatever, but those older photos show she always had that tendency, even when she was (presumably) more stable.

She's actually retarded. Grown adults generally don't make fun of people who are bald for medical or genetic reasons.

People are making fun of her because she made some dumb fucking impulse decision, shaved her head and it ended up looking bad - and they're probably doubling down on the "bullying" because it's funny to watch her piss and moan about her own life choices.

She's not even "bald." She was too much of a coward to commit to the shaved head look, so she just got a really short, corner store barber haircut instead.

Lemme tell you something: if she decided to actually go full-on Britney 2007 by shaving her head, I'd actually have some semblance of respect for her because for once: she wouldn't have quarter-assed something. Plus, it would've let her grift the #FreeBritney trend that's been going around.

IIRC she did go almost completely bald initially, but was too ashamed of how it turned out and that's why we didn't see her face for a good few weeks until she had enough hair growth to cover her lumpy potato skull. So she actually committed to it but ended up regretting it almost immediately. She doesn't even have confidence in her bad decisions. At least sometimes these weird BPD thots have enough overblown faux self-esteem to make themselves seem at least slightly more attractive, whether they actually believe it or not. Anisa has no idea what "fake it 'til you make it" means.
