Various deathfats have faked their weight that way in the past. You can place scales certain ways to make them show lower values, use one hand to transfer some weight to a piece of furniture, all sorts of dumb shenanigans. Going to the doctor for a general checkup and getting a piece of paper stating height and weight really isn't that difficult.

And how exactly is a doctors note from some noname doctor in slavic europe any better? The only thing we can trust in this case is our eyes. If you lose a 100 pounds you are gonna get a thinner and less bloated face and body. Gunt pics or nothing. But it won't happen cause Josh is scared that we are gonna bully him.

I might be misremembering, but at some time around the NP2 shitstorm, Null mentioned on one of his streams that the IF board had a shitty culture that wasn't aligned with what he wanted the site to be. That was immediately parroted by just about everyone associated with the NP2 simpspiracy as a cope for the site suddenly being more negative towards them. All the moralizing accusations and "Karen Farms" shit stemmed from that. As far as any of them are concerned, they're not walking anything back, because the site began going downhill the moment they became a person of interest, or Null made a corn joke about them.

I guarantee Ralph is a bonified 5' 2" to 5' 4" and is doing this because he's hoping Null's dumb enough to accept and would immediately be required to fork over 10k while Ralph wobbles around twitter like a sassy pregnant woman with that sweet W nobody was making a bet about.

This really isn't too hard to understand when you consider the effort required for Ralph to win money:
-Weight loss: need to exercise self control and discipline for an extended period of time to win, perhaps even do physical activity.
-Height bet: zero effort win, lose, or draw, upside is 10k, and he doesn't have enough money to throw around to make this bet without knowing he's assured a win.
