I don't care about the dog following the tractor around. Is it unsafe? Probably, but it's relatively common practice on farms and if the dog is car smart it's fine.

But this random autist with the dog who needs three leashes so they don't get dragged around? Train your damn dog. There are 100+ pound reactive dogs that don't require three leashes to walk and who don't give their owners road rash. Unless dog training is a hate crime now?

Kiwifarmers, I got some updates on our Autistfarmers. The official tranch twitter is dead due to Penny being out of commission, the last tweets were them linking their articles and plugging their GFM and Patreon (yes, for some reason they have BOTH). View attachment 2390405
Would it kill Kevin to STOP BEING HORNY for 1 minute? Yes.
Apparently there was a radio interview.

Jesus christ. A 24x scope on an AR? Unless you mounting that shit on a mechanically stabilized platform - nigga you HIGH.

Since I know a bunch of you are limp-wristed sissy faggots who are scared of grandpas lethal 10-22(Chambered int 22lr! That's nearly the same diamater as the leathal NATO 5.56 ammo used by trained soldiers to kill in war!) Let me put this into perspective for you.
The effective range of an M-16 against a human-sized target is about 550 meters. That means a 24x scope would zoom something at the extreme range of the weapon for a normal operator to the same as the human target being 22 yards away vs 83 yards for the 6x. (That's with the 20inch barrel, these guys are almost certainly rocking 16 inch barrels, so drop those ranges by 10% or so.)

But what larpers never think about as they go for More X on my scope = More Dead Tangos is that increasing your zoom shrinks your field of vision and increases the effects of any small temors by the same magnitude. The AR platform is accurate, but it is not a sniper rifle. Unless you are showing the groundhogs and coyotes what-for, you need to be prioritizing multiple rounds on a target, not spending 30 seconds to find the thing you were shooting at before your scope went 40 yards to the left.

You're also not a massive turbo faggot who owns a dog the same size and weight as yourself that you also probably take up the ass. (I assume)

Double post, sorry. The rifle he calls "Yoko" is I believe his Ruger Precision Rifle which is chambered for .300 WIN MAG. Still excessive and way more magnification than he needs for his skill level. "Yoko" is a reference to the character Yoko Littner from the anime Gurren Lagann.

That's some downright gamer gear going on there. I get that the land around their ranch is barren and pretty much featureless so maybe they're trying to capitalize on long lines of sight in case Earl decides to siege the place, but that shit is getting excessive.

Yeah, 24x is still excessive unless he's got a snipers nest with a bench, but if its their stupid "IT IDENTIFIES AS A BARRET" rifle putting a 24x on that not completely flaming pants retarded. (everything else, yes).

As you said at his skill level I think he'd probably want just want 4x/12x, unless he's got the hands of a surgeon who moonlights as a living statue on weekends.

I am no l33t S[]\[]1[]D3|2, but I shoot and a 20x is too much jiggle for me unless I'm setting the fucker on bags or otherwise only trying to hit something completely static. If he actually did need to use that thing in anger, between breathing and ardrenaline, trying to use a 24x scope is going to be like watching amatuer porn shot in the bed of a offroading pickup during an earthquake.

Yeah I used to do bench rest and the only time that much magnification is actually useful is when you're shooting at a target of a known size at a known range and everything is totally static. And even then you're probably going to want a fixed magnification scope to lessen parallax and you're going to want a reticule that's as fine and simple as possible since you're not going to be able to see the target very well with those super busy "tactical" reticules.

You guys are assuming Paul doesn't just buy shit for looks or because it sounds cool. He's not going to actually use any of this outside of "promotional" photos for the Tranch. We've all see how they shoot, their larp gear is the least of their issues. Their very fundamentals are garbage.

Nothing you have said is incorrect, however once again, the goal of pointing out exactly how completely wrong they are in everything is to provide ample evidence for anyone curious or inexperienced of the degree to which they are LARPing, and what they'd be doing if they were actually under threat. From just how completely fucked their anti-Earl defense tactics are to how, to how they are doing the wrong sorts of training, to how they mispend their grift dollars.
Like in the case of putting a 24x scope on a rife meant to defend 35 aces - its not just useless, its actively its WORSE than useless.

(Also because its an excuse to tactisperg.)

Weren’t some of them veterans? That makes it even more pathetic.

Just Phil. I'm not sure about Jared. Phil was a total pog though.
Even having combat experience doesn't necessarily mean you're a good shooter under stress. Most of the veterans I met at the range were decent shots (even the POGs), but there was this one guy who talked big about his time in Afghanistan. His marksmanship on the bench was really good, but whenever there was a timer running I think he suffered from the jitters and his shots just went all over the place.

If there's one thing "Kamerad" Karl Kasarda and Paul "Rebuttal" Harrell ever agreed on, is that for self-defense you should always try to find a way practice under some kind of stress so you can try to reduce the odds of you getting rattled when it really counts. That fancy 24x is going to be a wonderful paperweight if he's trying to hit an invading Earl at 300 yards and his hands are doing their best impression of a bowl of jello.

If Jared even made it into the military to begin with I seriously doubt he made it through basic training. He did go through military school though and seems to come from a very military family (I think his sister who is about his age is doing a military career).

If Jared could have cut it in the military he would have stuck with it instead of living on the Tenacious Unicorn Ranch. There is zero doubt in my mind that him joining the tranch is as much a consolation prize for the fact that he will never be a soldier as it is for the fact that he will never be a woman.

Oh god that argument is so overdone. Most pogs will pick up a rifle maybe three times during their enlistment, less for officers. Unless they actually shoot on their own time they're just about universally bare minimum to terrible. There's also a huge difference between combat accuracy and bullseyeing paper. As long as you can hit minute of man at 300m, congratulations you're combat accurate when it comes to practicality.

As for shooting under stress, yes it would be great if more civilians could get that kind of training but it's usually expensive, and that's without the issue of a lot of good places not offering said training to people that aren't in the cool kids club. That's a whole other argument though.

Phil likes the image of being Billy Badass. Iirc his service was entirely in Germany as a scout, which means he did exactly fuck all except be a primadonna cocksucker. He's overcompensating hardcore because he never did anything noteworthy and it shows.

"Small tremors" literally include your own heartbeat at long distances at high magnification. Some snipers actually take beta blockers not just to steady their hands but to reduce their heartbeat.
Still excessive and way more magnification than he needs for his skill level.
Shit is pure larping. It's like a guy who never does anything but spread butter with a knife buying some set of ninja chef knives he can't possibly actually use for anything. For the vast majority of normal home defense needs, a plain old shotgun will do fine. You are not Chris Kyle. You are not shooting Taliban cocksuckers a mile away.
