How does one headcanon a character as fat unless it's purely in text and there's no physical description of a character? Or like, a radio drama or something?
I think every stocky/heavy-set looking character is fat according to Tumblr headcanons

You heard it here first, gays never contributed anything to LGBT rights, asexuals were the fisrt victims of the AIDS crisis uwu

OP is a 22yo multiple trans bisexual aromantic otherkin tucute and their about page is a wild ride [archive]
Oh my god I'm so tired of seeing asexual people keep going on tirades about how they're not straight even if they are only attracted to the opposite sex. Like, man it's okay to be straight. You don't have to pretend to be just as gay as us who actually are.

That's funny, because - as a female who avoids fandoms like the plague for every single reason given - I thought that the "female faction" of the fandoms were shit because they take other people's hard work and creativity and subverted if for their own sexually-repressed, uneducated bullshit.

I'm not saying I haven't seen some great fan works, I have. I've read good fanfiction. But looking for fanfic that is true to the canon is like the internet's hardest scavenger hunt. If I wanna read Supernatural fanfiction, I don't want it to be normal, boring-ass people who happen to have the names Sam and Dean Winchester. I don't want them to fuck (and can we take a moment to talk about the Tumblr proclivity for glorifying incest?) I want them to hunt some fucking monsters and I want it to be written by people who actually have some mastery of the English language. If I'm looking up fan art, I'd like the leads to be men, because Sam and Dean are dudes.

How can you claim to like and enjoy something if the only way you can express enjoyment of it is to take away everything that made it good to begin with?

If you want a story about two guys who meet in a coffee shop and fall in love and get marries and have m-preg ass babies, there is literally... okay, without the ass babies, there is LITERALLY a thousand books published with variations of that premise. Why the fuck are you inflicting it on Harry Dresden and Johnny Marcone? Until I found Dresden Files fanfic, I thought better of the fans. But I know guys didn't write that shit.

Why is it more important to subvert male characters than to find shows with strong and relatable female characters? Hell, Buffy had something for everyone but if you point that out, you'll get a three thousand word lecture on how oppressive and problematic Buffy is because it was written by a man.

Fuck. Fandoms. The only way to enjoy your shit is if you avoid them.

That's why I don't get the double standard with MLP and male fans.

There was a good long post about the double standard with various examples of yaoi (Zim/Dib, Slenderman/Jeff The Killer, etc).

Can...can you put that exchange in layman's terms for me?

I have some insight on this as a straight ace. There's an odd sad feeling of not belonging anywhere, because you're not exactly hetero, but you're not queer either, and you're always afraid of being laughed at. But it's definitely not enough of a problem to rant about. In addition, every single LGBT person I've met has been welcoming to me. Being a straight ace is not a problem unless you make it one.

OP is mad at older gays for "holding back" LGBT rights. Someone else points out that they were the ones suffering through the rough early days of the movement, and most Tumblr kids have it much easier. OP retorts with the claim that asexuals were just as oppressed as gay people on all counts. Including AIDs.

OP is also an insane special snowflake with a patently ridiculous collection of labels that no mortal soul could ever comprehend.

Thanks for explaining. What planet is someone from to think that asexuals are in the same breath of oppression as gay people? Being ace has advantages that heterosexuals don't even have; in fact there's even such thing as "asexual supremacy". Virtually the most we have to worry about is being called a liar. In contrast, LGBT people are literally denied rights and murdered.

And AIDS...in a community that doesn't have sex. Good god it's like reading about flat earth theory.

I'm not sure how I can make it plainer . Some Tumblrina said that asexies and aromantic had it harder than gay people during the AIDS crisis. That's it.

I don't particularly care to hear insight on this. Straight asexies are straight, for all intents and purposes they're indistnguishable from run-of-the-mill heteros, what happens in your bedroom is no one's business. Tumblrsexuals always feel the need to overshare and label every minute detail of their sexual orientation, when honestly no one gives a shit.

I don't understand the need to label yourself as "not quite hetero"or whatever, it sounds like some wanna-be-special-at-all-costs Tumblr bullshit. Which is exactly what this thread is mocking. :tumblr:

Someone already replied who was much nicer than you are. Thanks for making it clear how sensitive you are though; I'll be more careful not to offend in the future.

You're the one whining about how my reply wasn't nice enough, but I'm the ~sensitive one. Sure, whatever makes you feel better. :heart-full:

So you're triggered too hard to speak, but you can still navigate your iphone and use the tiny touchscreen keyboard?
This is exactly what tumblrines need, more ways of letting the world know how sensitive and delicate and triggered they are by way of obnoxious mistyped posts.

It's so unfair that people actually dying of an incurable disease got more attention than people who didn't like having sex for whatever reason. Those selfish dying bastards.

This is one of those things that gets ten thousand signal boosts on Tumblr and then maybe two downloads.

"You can be asexual and enjoy sex.":\:deagleleft:
But I thought that Tumblrinas think that having no sexual attraction was aromantic?
