I am 100% in favor of trans artists having the means to create. I am 100% in favor of everyone having the means to create.
Every time there is an adopt-a-family with a kid who wants books or art supplies for Christmas, that's my fam right there and I hook them up. Your 5-year-old is into art? They get the big crayon set.
If this chomo was raising money for some vine charcoal, a newsprint pad, and a can of fixative to blow his kidneys out on, I would be 100% in favor.
If I had 3K to spend on "art" I would open a workshop in my garage and have half the town over making shit.

It's some mutation that is kinda gross looking. So to artificially insert creativity he picked it as a trait for his character, since no other person would = auto uniqueness. I'm sure there is some tedious, vague transgender related justification if asked about it, too.
If this person was actively trying to improve/in training I'd say get an Intuos 4 or just work with pencils. If he just wants to produce more of what he is currently making, he should get a Bamboo or a noose.
