Containment What will happen when Chris goes to prison? - Or a mental hospital. Or anything in between.

There's no way I see Chris coming out of this well. He has just admitted to incest - meaning that the prosecution will be able to easily find him guilty - and like someone said upthread, he's probably mentioned his goddesshood to at least one officer when he got hauled out of 14 Branchland Court.

So, there are 5 options:
1) Chris is found guilty, goes to prison and gets put in solitary to stop Tyrone making him one of his gal-pals,
2) Chris is found guilty but goes to a group home, his wranglers cut off his internet access and he finds some peace in life :optimistic:
3) Chris is found guilty but goes to a "care in the community" thing, meaning that he drains VA's taxpayers of even more money while learning absolutely sod all from the experience
4) Barb declines to press charges and takes him back in, Chris learns absolutely sod all from the experience and carries on doing Islamic things to Barb
5) Barb declines to press charges but a restraining order is put on Chris, so a ween/Null/Sockness takes Chris in.

I'm holding out for 2, but I know in my heart that, because he's an autistic troon, 3 or 4 are most likely. So long as Sockness and the Idea Fags' replacements stay far away from him, I'll be vaguely happy.

If he gets sent to actual prison, he'll probably go full MadThad and find out he's actually gay and enjoys having sex with men. Maybe he might even detransition.
In the more realistic case of him being institutionalized, 🤷‍♂️, back to the same old same old?

I'm betting that Chris will go to Virginia State Hospital. For overseas-fags, the US doesn't have an asylum system-EXCEPT for people who have been convicted of a crime AND found guilty (or not guilty) "by reason of insanity". That basically means that the criminal didn't understand that what he was doing was wrong at the time he did it. A lesser used reason is when the crook is found unable to participate in his own defense.

Such people go to a "state hospital", the last vestige of the American asylum system. A state hospital is basically prison without the whole prison dynamic of homosexual affairs. The inmates are fed and taken care of and prevented from killing each other (the latter being another difference from the regular Gray Door Hotels).

After Chris is given a real psychological competency evaluation (not the Autism Papers from when Chris was at PVCC but one handled by an official state psychologist) and the pdoc gets to hear all about the various Chans and Chus and CPU Goddesses floating around in Chris's diseased mind, they simply say that Chris is out to lunch and that he can't really comprehend that what he did was wrong, and can't defend himself in court. Then he gets sent to the state hospital for the rest of his days.

Of course, no internet access there, so Chris is gradually forgotten, us kiwis move on to other cows, the CWCki eventually gets yanked offline because nobody gives a flying fuck about it. Chris grows old and dies in the hospital, and is dumped in an unmarked grave. The end.

Chris is too lucid to claim insanity but I bet they might just toss him into the system and let him die in a hospital. If he goes to Prison he's gonna have a bad time.
You can be perfectly lucid and claim the insanity defense.

No need to worry. Pretty sure the A-team is already on their way to save this poor woman from a white supremasist den the jerkops.

But seriously, if Chris goes to jail i give him 3 months at most

I know you can, but it's genuinely one of the hardest things to prove in court. I know Chris is out of it but I don't think he qualifies for insanity.

He's definitely going to be either put in a home or back with Barb, considering his insane goddess delusions, his piss-poor grasp on reality, and his overall shitty mental state.

More likely to end up in a Mental Health Facility. Not really the worst place for him. I don’t see Barb pressing any charges and the defense could literally just use the Cwcki and it’s archives to prove the insanity defense.
If Barb is in cognitive decline, and from some of the things Chris said, it sounds like she wasn't entirely aware of what was going on at least some of the time, the state would press charges on her behalf. Everything else is spot-on.

that's not how not guilty by reason of insanity works

Depends on where exactly he goes and also whether Barb had previously groomed and abused him. I strongly suspect given what we know of Barb and have known since long before she got dementia that it might actually be a case of someone grooming and abusing their disabled kid.

If that's the case I hope Chris goes to a mental institution instead of prison.
Barb definitely groomed him. Besides the post-fire spooning (I believe there's some evidence similar cuddling took place before that), there's the hand holding and "sensual rubbing" observed in public. Unfortunately like every time something big happens the CWCki is down so I can't get anything else about it easily, despite the stupid amount of Chris related stuff I have memorized his and Barb's oedipal antics aren't something I've chosen to commit to memory. But I can say she frequently treats him like a servant. They definitely had some weird mama's boy sitcom scenario going on, except not funny.

Yeah that's what's making me think Barb might be the primary abuser in the situation, the records of that shit long before she was senile. Plus Cole claiming she was psychologically and physically abusive.

I think if the genders were reversed and this was a severely mentally ill, disabled woman talking about blowing her elderly father who had a long record of questionable shit the reaction would be a bit different.

Just imagine this going to court and have someone defend it. Nah. At best he's going to a mental institution for life, there's no way he's not at least considered now in the "dangerous" side of autism and schizophrenia.

And I am going the tinfoil hat route here... I think Chris would definitely go to jail, but not Christine. What if this thing or worse has been going on for longer than we think and part of the reason for the transition was to avoid men's prision? The "queer" part of the case just complicates it all.

Is Barb even able to have the choice not to press charges against Chris considering her mental state? Is she even aware of her own situation that she could do that?
