I can certainly see that viewpoint, but he was already so old when he had Chris, he probably didn't have the energy to commit more even when he should have.

Crazy how quickly this thread went from skeptical of the audio logs being real, and as soon as it started trending everyones decided that chris is a mommy rapist. As a long time Chris follower I don't believe he would actually assault his mother, but I guess we'll know for sure if he's charged with anything. The thing about Chris is that nothing he says is trustworthy, and on top of that he lives an elaborate fantasy life in his head that he's willing to believe is real. The most likely outcome is that he came up with this fantasy about his mother in c197 or something and a troll coerced it out of him. That being said, this is definitely the start of something interesting, because the state of Virginia is definitely not going to let him stay at 14 bc after an admission like that, if Barb even wants anything to do with him anymore. This is probably going to be the premature ending of the What will happen when Barb dies thread.

This was my initial thought, from the first time I heard the audio leaks they just sounded like Chris spilling out his fantasy to this presumed gal pal/female white knight, but like you said we'll know for sure if he's charged with anything. The thread did an incredible job jumping the gun, but I think it's just cause we're all excited to finally have some real drama like in the years before, Chris doing REAL dumb shit.
