Man, fuck Chris (and the dicks on Twitter who keep squealing about his pronouns). Autistic and dumb he might be, delusional and egotistical, but you can't tell me he doesn't know that doing sexual shit with his own mother was wrong. The only questionmark in my mind is whether some stupid ween talked Chris into doing this, a la the Idea Guys, cos it's such an epic troll to sexually assault an elderly woman (and how quickly it'll be blamed on the Farms) 🙄.

Barb has needed proper elder care for a long time now. I hope she's now getting it. I hope there's some sexual assault/rape counselling available for her too, although I've no idea how that would work for a person with dementia. Elderly people are so fucking vulnerable, and the idea that Chris can rape his own mum while merrily rambling on about cartoon dimensions makes me full-on MATI.

God, I want to give Barb a hug. No woman should ever be sexually assaulted, especially not when they're in such a vulnerable state. I know there's probably nothing we can do, but if there were something (money for care, trauma therapy etc?) and Null wanted to fundraise for it, I'd be all over it.

Cole? I can imagine him getting involved in this, legally speaking. There's also extended family, the ones Chris was planning on staying with. In any case, there are living relatives, but all of them have shown immense desire to have nothing to do with Barb. Cole is the only one I can see stepping forward; Barb is his mom after all. He hates her, sure, but he's still a human.

Yeah this is incredibly strange to me. Is Chris not considered a flight risk in a situation like this. Unstable man with access to a vehicle; I just find it strange they didn't keep Chris in police custody prior to charges being brought forward or not. I suppose procedurally speaking that might not be how it works in America though.

I wonder if Chris' previous criminal history - being seen fit to stand trial before - would weigh on this. Then again, he was far more lucid in those days.

He is a risk of absconding so would need to be held - They have 72 hours to bring charges or kick it

At the time of those trials Chris was not totally detached from reality, The argument the attorney would put forward would say that his inability to distinguish between real life and what ever fucking world he lives in means he is totally incapable of even providing instructions to counsel and therefore can't have a fair trial.

There is a huge amount of hypocrisy on display here: none of you even so much as batted an eyelid when Christine engaged in a sexual relationship with her son, Magi-Chan. But suddenly now she forces sexual intercourse onto her elderly mother it’s “wrong” and “sick”?

As @Null once said: “Some people think incest is funny. I think it’s all relative.”

Might be late with this but I just read that Null confirmed that Chris has been hiding an affair with a 50 year old woman who has kids. If he is currently sleeping in a parking lot, why is t he staying with his slam piece? Though, him being near any child is almost as frightening.
