Completely believe that's the way to go. Some folk show time and time again they can't be trusted to handle themselves in a normal manner, and Chris is a prime example.

I feel bad about it, that this happened the way it did, that he is who he is. But at the end of the day, the responsibility falls on two parties: Chris, and to a lesser his parents. Chris got dealt a shitty had, but he played it very poorly too. If he’s too dumb or autistic to not rape his own mother, then maybe he can’t be helped.

We defunded public psychiatric services in the 1970s due to pressure from hippies and scientologists on local governments (who were already eager to reduce expenditures). I don't even know if there's a program that Chris can be put into.
