Chris has agency and the capacity to know right from wrong. He is an adult, he is not severely mentally retarded or a vegetable. Anyone pretending he has no control over his actions because people troll him or play pranks on him is dehumanizing him. The majority of people with severe mental illnesses or that have suffered horrific abuse have never hurt anyone.

I think there are 2 factors
- He's so desperate for women he thinks the only woman he could get is if he himself turns into one (Turns out he found another way), and I think he's genuinely attracted to his "female version" since he labels as a trans lesbian
- he thinks he can get more women sympathy if he comes out as a troon

ABSOLUTELY this. I've said for years he "became his own girlfriend" when he realized in a rare moment of lucidity he'd never get one.

And sadly he was right about the sympathy. Just look at how many bluecheck Twitterfags are more outraged over MuH MiSGeNDeRiNg than incest and possible rape/elder abuse.
