This really damns Chris. He is almost certainly being investigated for the vilest tiers of Elder Abuse. This just nails him. This is exactly the single big thing they are looking for. He's abusing (sexually) and stealing from his elderly mother. It shows enough deliberate intent and mental capacity to serriously undermine any claims of him being mentally incompetant. It is without question the single stupidest thing he could have done. (Well besides fucking his elderly memory challenged mother). (Well okay telling others about fucking his mother is pretty high on the list too)

But the point is the investigators now have an open door to tear through everything. Bank records, etc. Every transaction. It's an objective fact. He received money from Barbs accounts at a time when Barb was physically making or approving the transfer. They're going to look at every transaction to see just how much he has taken.

Will you show us the rest of the protection order? If you don't feel priveliged to share it that's understandable. I might be able to gleen a bit more about which way the cops are going on this if I saw it all.

The Cops will be going for the full Elder Abuse package with the added oh so skeevy elements of Incest Rape of the Elderly.

Most counties have a Social Services office specifically tasked with Elder Abuse. Sort of the flip side to CPS.
