Also I'm wondering - in addition to violating the EPO, is there a possibility he could also be separately charged for breaking into someone's bank account without permission? (Which I assume would be much more serious and a potential felony charge).

Nah I'd think another house would be built on the land eventually so a new family can move in and (hopefully) make a nice place of it. Let the memories of the Chandlers fade from the town. In time the only ones left would be their shunned names on their tombstones and the bones of their animals buried underground.

yeah Drachen gets fucked with because he still lives there (as far as i know). if someone else moves in it might become a 'drive by and laugh' type of tourist place.
