Nah, realistically he's too far gone for any pharmaceutical treatment to make a lick of difference. Even intensive world-class psych treatment wouldn't make a difference imo. Maybe if it had happened earlier when we was still a child -- before all of the real madness began -- but at this point he's hopeless. His character has been shaped not only by the autism but also by a lifetime of internet notoriety.
