America’s streets are overflowing with the kind of person Chris is. And nobody cares. There are no asylums, there are no workhouses. Those went away decades ago, to be replaced with a culture that almost worships urban decay and mental illness.

I am actually fairly certain Chris could make an insanity defense. Any good lawyer could use the information readily available on youtube, twitter, or this site to show that he doesn't understand his actions and their consequences, and that his thought processes are severely skewed to the point he lives in his own imaginary world and doesn't understand reality. That being said. Yes, an insanity plea would be as bad, if not worse for him than actual jail depending on what kind of facility he winds up in. I don't think there is enough Abilify and quietapine in the world to make Chris act fully normal in a care facility.

He won't be able to keep the house due to debt, and maybe (maybe) if he's lucky he'd continue to get neetbux and have an assigned apartment in a group home (Something I've seen before, and while it can be very hard to get into/qualify, might be an exception here), or we just jump to another hellish (homeless?) saga years from now.

2) He's not clean. Turns out, he's raped his mom (seems more and more likely in this case). Barb is 100% getting sent to a home. There's a chance that she could get sent back to their own house, though not without a supervisor/someone to care for you, and knowing the state of that home, its going to get condemned. It's basically over for her, and she'll likely just waste away in some state assisted home for whatever remaining years that she has.

CwC will not get a tard wrangler. He's not mentally incompetent, not retarded, he's likely got other mental issues that do not excuse this behavior notwithstanding, but the "please, I have autism" only works if a court is stupid and doesn't realize "hay, wait a minute, this isn't a normal thing that autistic people do". A judge won't have pity on him, which is why I think he's been treated so leniently in the past, pity. If he wants to plead insanity or something else stupid, maybe he doesn't realize that being in a mental hospital can be worse than a jail in ways, because you will have less freedom, be constantly monitored, and you are never getting out. Once you plead the "I am so not in control of my own capabilities that personal restraint is impossible for me" you will be treated that way.

He's going to jail for this, if he did rape his mother. There's no two ways about that. Its too public a case, he's got a bad history of similar rapey behavior or publics stunts, and hes a possible danger to others. He's clearly not all there, and a pretty stupid person, but its more the kind of thing you see with manipulative sex pests than actual retards, who are some of the nicest people you will meet. He will not be allowed to run around the street with the gutter rats, its straight up jail that he will be sent to. Don't know how long a jail sentence will be, but it seems pretty inevitable.

Him stealing money or trying to make a run for it are only making things drastically worse. The one thing both his parents fucked up on is teaching him that there will be consequences for his actions, because clearly he doesn't recognize what that means and is going to be in for a rude awakening in either "good" or bad situation either way.

I think that, no matter what, we won't be hearing much more from CwC. Best case scenario includes him actually getting a proper Tard Wrangler, and their entire job would depend on making sure he doesnt make an ass of himself, so you can bet they would be monitoring his online shit. Worst case scenario? He's in jail, and we're not going to really hear anything from him.

It's not over for CwC, but for the first time in his life, it seems like he will be put under a leash one way or the other in a way that his parent's never did, and with that in mind, the lulz and public disgust are probably over, until we find out that he was raped in prison or something.

Not going to put it past him to be a complete retard on that matter, but yeah- thats why I'd say its more and more likely that he did rape his mother. There's near certainty on that, at this point + we have all known for years how sexually inappropriate and rapey the dude is.
