I don´t think that this gonna escalate to a court case, I mean, in anterior cases like the gamestop incident, it was like "oh no, anyway, pay fine" I bet they gonna register him as a sexual predator, he lost his house, the end (the end for Virginia authorities I mean, because I feel this final saga has just begun)

I'm convinced the prosecution office will take a plea deal to insanity where Chris ends up in a criminal psych hospital because this is going to draw a lot of fire on the local social services departments as to why these two were living on their own with no oversight when so much shit was available online.

My best guess based on identifying info I cant give.. Chris will be deemed unfit for trial and likely placed in the state hospital. If he responds well to anti-psychotic meds/treatment, he could qualify for a less intense, but still residential program. There will be tons of therapy, guidance, and supervision. If he does well, the goal will be for him to work a plan that will convince the judge its safe for society if he is released. He' ll probably have to access a day treatment and continue therapies, case management, med maintenance, etc... If he does GREAT, he could be back on his own in a couple years. Its awful because it should've happened years ago, but takes something criminal for our systems to sometimes work.

Oh I know. Hence the last part of my post where I said it would be as bad, if not worse than jail.
 
Hell, this could be an actual positive in a way. Not for Chris though, feckthe literal motherfucker, he needs put in a literal tard hub and dosed up to his eyeballs, if that isn't obvious by now. But for the site, between all the other cows it has documented over the years such as Bates and the likes, it almost gives it a sort of moral legitimacy.

Feels for Null though, sure he can cut contact with Chris, but those coins have the feckers face on them, dicey and spicey as hell.
