Seems unlikely that it's all 100% bullshit. Seems pretty inescapable now that he's engaged in various sexual acts with his own elderly and "mush-brained" mother. What remains a big question, for me, is who started it.

Others have suggested that maybe he wasn't the one to initiate this thing with his mom. As far as I know, the "mom started it" theory still remains a strong possibility. I haven't studied Chris like I've studied some of the other cows, but based on what others have said it seems his mom has had serious issues with maintaining boundaries for a very long time now. As a person goes senile, due to dementia/Alzheimer's or whatever, it's fairly typical that they'll experience mood swings. Mood swings are a pretty common indicator that things are starting to go wrong in the brain. She might stop wearing her clothes one day, might even start hitting on Chris if she's temporarily forgotten who he is. I'm not trying to say that it's her own fault if she was raped, only suggesting that perhaps the fault isn't 100% Chris-chan's.

Look at the way he talks about it. It's like he has no idea he's done anything wrong. Sure, you can blame the autism for that, but I wonder... I don't think even his autism can cash a check that big.

I can't believe his mom put them in major debt and it now seems inevitable they're going to lose that house. His mom is a selfish, wretched excuse for a human being. What really stuck out to me in those text conversations was that she's apparently told him that she's never, ever masturbated in her entire life. That sounds like such a big, fat lie to me. How does someone with dementia have the wherewithal to lie about something so immaterial? Also, why the fuck is she telling her son that he's doing a great job hitting her g-spot while his dead dad wasn't able to?

IMO, it doesn't add up that this was all his own doing, I believe that (just like what happens with Chris and trolls) his mom somehow guided or encouraged (groomed) him towards this bizarre behavior. I mean, he even knew that it was supposed to stay a secret, right? "Strictly Confidential, just between you and I" but there was NOT A SINGLE HINT of any shame or embarrassment on his part while relating these disgusting events. I think it's because someone told him not to tell anyone. Perhaps the real abuser wanted it to stay secret because they knew how the world would react?

I'm not someone who likes Chris. I don't dislike him either, I'm just saying I have no reason to try and throw doubt on his guilt, no reason to try and protect him, I genuinely sense something amiss here beyond the "autistic son rapes elderly mother" tagline. I firmly believe that as more details come out we'll learn that she had more of a hand in this than most people realize.

It wouldn't surprise me a bit if she ended up throwing him under the bus to save herself. She's already done that once already by racking up all that debt. The poor doofus felt their souls "merging" or whatever the fuck, he'd absolutely lie for her if she asked him to.

I know that @Null is probably feeling pretty disappointed with Chris atm. If things are exactly as simple as they look then yes, Chris is a big disappointment. I don't think it's as simple as it looks though. I think maybe Chris didn't consider the $750 stealing because he was going to pay it back and in his autistic brain that wouldn't be stealing. Chris seems to have a good heart, like a child he might be selfish but my impression is that he really wants to be one of the good guys, not a bad guy. I can tell that Chris is probably a much better person than his mother is.
