They run blood tests and a small psych evaluation of sorts for the first meeting; they check medical history, sexual history, record of psych issues that may have come up in the past, why you want to go on HRT, etc. Given that Loug's already at major risk for blood clots and heart attack, I'm almost certain that PP is going to say that going on progesterone isn't going to be a good idea until he loses weight and gets his 'beetus under control.

I really hope he tries to call PP transphobic because they're one of the easiest places to receive HRT prescriptions from as far as I can tell; they're extremely "progressive" and bend over backward to pump out tranny meds with a smile.

How fucking rude to his mom to call his stepdad/her boyfriend her "master." As we've seen from her Facebook, she's a certified nutjob and moron, but at least she has met some basic, adult milestones--homeownership, long-term relationships, parenthood, stealing toys from homeless children, etc. I had a single dad, so I don't know if moms usually let that shit slide, but if I said anything that snotty to him, my aunt, or any of my older family members, I would've been the poster child for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
