He's more than likely being arrested for the $750. However, i wouldn't be surprised if they put him in protective custody and the reason he's in handcuffs is because he's rambling about the merge and dimensional goddess shit.

We'll know really soon. Today's Sunday. But obviously he's going to be processed soon and we'll know exactly what he's being charged with. I hope they also find some reason to arrest Ethan Ralph too.
