What was chris arrested for

They would have known the EPO violation was in relation to a suspected sexual assault, you can almost guarantee they're going to have overwhelming force when making the arrest
 
it's probably the $750, but i hope they found dna in barb's china so that there is more undeniable evidence against the freak
 
Chris told Null he was using a condom. So while Chris is a lying sack of shit, if that's true, the rape kit might not go anywhere. And even if there was DNA, a couple days would be really fast for a rape kit to be processed.

I'm assuming it's the EPO violation. Or that Barb revealed something.
 
There's three possible reasons

One his mother says it was rape so they arrested him

Two his mother turned out to be senile making it a rape

Both of these are actually doubtful because the rape kit wouldn't have come yet however they might not even need the rape kit considering Chris overly admitted to it to a few people and those messages have been forwarded to the police

Three the most likely is the cops found out through null that Chris stole $750 from his mom thus breaking the protection order

If Chris's mom is lucid she will know that incest will land her in jail 100% because he's mentally deficient and she's not so she would be getting charged and he would most likely not so in order to avoid this 10-year jail sentence which for her is a life sentence she would have to say it was rape

However if she is not mentally right then the cops could use Chris telling people oh yeah I committed incest openly online as an admission of guilt and arrest him for it

But as I said most likely it's because he broke the protection order by stealing from his mother
 
The arrest was for the money chris stole. But after the rape kit they will add on him raping his mom.

even if she is lucid, could she still avoid jail time by like saying
Even tho my son is a retard, he's more mobile than me and batshit insane, I felt scared for my life
Then again, she's prob too senile to say that

No judge would put her in jail at her age. She'd get some punishment and it would get suspended due to her advanced age. Old people can just get away with crimes cause people think putting them in prison will hasten their demise

They don't just check for semen. They check for tearing, trauma, etc.

They wouldn’t handcuffed him if they are there to protect him
 
I’m really curious why he was arrested. Seems way too soon for a rape charge given Chris is mental child and mom demented, sussing out facts or rape kit will take awhile.

$750 theft is odd /EPO violation is a long shot for a Sunday night arrest out of county unless the Richmond police just begged Charlottesville to give them something to pick this guy up on because they are tired of all the troll calls.

Unless Josh’s reporting of the theft with screenshots made it super easy for them to file a protection order violation AND the CPD really wanted something to nail Chris on while they investigate the rape charge.
