The dispatch sending the police in Richmond to arrest Chris said they were assisting a different agency. So the arrest likely is to get Chris in custody and send him back home to Greene County to be turned over to whichever local agency or office is handling his case. Whether that's because Barb's rape kit came back positive for Chris' tard gravy, or because of the $750 he stole from Barb's Bank account, we will just have to see. However, the fact that Chris decided to run to Richmond for whatever reason could very well look bad for Chris and might make the judge think he's a potential flight risk, which would really fuck up his chances for bail.
