We have people in prison in this country for all sorts of stupid and petty shit. Smoking weed or comiting tax evasion shouldn't be punishable by rape.

If this ever goes to trial, Chris's public defender will almost certainly recomend he take a plea deal, and the prosecutor will almost certainly be willing to grant it given his autism and how backed up courts are right now.
Chris will likely spend very little, if any, time in prison.

as I’ve said before in other comments, anyone who hails him out is an absolute idiot. He’s going to have a high bond. Let’s say $50k. 10% of that to a bondsman is $5k so that’s what you’d have to pay and if he skips town then you owe the bondsman the other $45k. Chris isn’t worth a nickel for a Coke, he damn sure ain’t worth $5k

If I had to predict the outcome of this situation, the judge will probably find he’s not mentally fit to stand trial and he’ll probably get a not guilty by reason of insanity by the jury. Considering he unironically believes in the dimensional merge and interrogators will have no idea what that even is.

I strongly agree, but there are three types of trans people I've come across, from most common to least common:
1. Trenders; usually 13 year old girls who think that wearing shorts or flannel makes them nonbinary, then threatens to kill people, like a retard, if people point out they're grifters
2. People evading the law or trying to get lesbians to fuck them; essentially, a violent (sexually or physically) trender who self diagnoses dysphoria or thinks you don't need dysphoria or attempt to pass, basically the type you're discussing.
3. Transmedicalists; very rare trannies, always make an attempt to pass, usually conservative, hates most other trans people and is very vocal about it. some are still batshit, others are chill, but they're among the first people who denounced Chris, as well as lesbians and literally everyone who isnt retarded.
