The police probably don't need any more evidence to charge him. We are all forgetting that people had to go out to the house and speak with Chris and Barb in order to remove Barb and issue an order of protection. It really depends on the size of their jail and how busy they are, but there is a chance they're keeping people in their own cells while they wait to see the judge. Of course, Chris pissing off a bunch of niggers would be the funniest direction this could take at the moment though.
