They might be, but I'm not entirely sure. It doesn't look like they're wearing the typical bodycam mounted on the front but from some angles it looks like they have shoulder mounts. The possibility of kino bodycam footage with Chris rambling about Sonichu isn't completely out of the question yet.

To be clear, we have 100% confirmation the arrest was FOR incest? Not hypothesized as extremely likely?

Because I don't see any confirmation of the actual charges in the OP, from what I've seen so far, and this thread is 130 pages and climbing.

That’s still a long way off.

It wouldn’t be unheard of for the judge to order a mental evaluation. He’s likely in a co-ed facility right now. If they can’t decide what county jail to send him to immediately he could end up stuck there and segregated

The more immediate issue is where he will be placed whie he waits for his trial. That could be really bad for him.
