unironically though the worst thing here is the fact that Chris will probably bury himself by talking constantly to the cops. If he shut the fuck up, kept his mouth shut, and waited for his lawyer to arrive, the defense could lean into the autism and help avoid a lot of trouble.
but if he's sitting there telling them every detail, he's fucking himself over BADLY. cops can twist the words of the best and brightest to sound like monsters, imagine the goldmine of "can and will be used against you" content they can draw out of Chris' inane ramblings

I'm scrolling through the highlights and haven't seen this mentioned, so I'll ask: if Chris has been charged with "just" incest, has Barbara been charged as well? I imagine she should be, since it takes two to tango with that offence.

It's not over til he's dead. It would have ended a decade ago if he had just never returned from his hiatus from the internet. He seems incapable of going off the grid so people will always find more and more about him.

Barb could be charged but right now his charges aren't finalized and rape is still on the table until they are.

I’m not sure if she’s so far gone cognitively that she’s competent or capable enough to be thinking about the shame/embarrassment aspect. But if she is, then that’d be another very good reason for her to describe it as rape even if it wasn’t forced on her. “I was raped by my own insane son” elicits sympathy and support. “I let my tranny tard son fuck me” elicits repulsion and horror.
Like I said, she may not even be capable of thinking about that part. But if she is, she’ll def confirm it as rape.
