my speculative theory is that Kelly came across fiona via reddit/discord/wherver noticed her CWC obsession and used that in her plan, manipulating both chris and fiona for whatever purposes, remember kelly has been in direct contact and manipulating chris in some capacity since at the very least January 21, likely before that.
