Isn't Chris' Arraignment happening right now?

I don’t know, has anyone posted up that it has? Chris would have to have already been transported back to Greene Co for arraignment since that’s the County his charge is out of, plus the DA is going to want the Greene Co cops to interrogate him beforehand to see what additional charges they want to lay on Chris.
If I had to guess, and unless anyone has posted proof otherwise, I’d guess it’ll be another day or two before Chris gets before a Greene Co judge for arraignment and to have the issue of his bail decided.

I am not sure what the point is for bail in his case. He has no home, no friends, no relatives are willing to take him on, he has no job to go to.
He won't get access to his lego or game consoles.
And he would not have any money to pay any bail anyway.
At least in jail he will have 3 meals per day.

It might add to the evidence against him (such as more messages bragging about it, or photos/videos of the act) or for him (having a text conversation with barbara where she replies like a mentally healthy person).

On top of that, fuck him. Maybe a month in jail away from social media and his toys will clear his mind a little. Paying his bail is the stupidest thing you can do for him right now, and it's only a waste of money since he probably won't care about you doing that for him anyways.
