You're a bit late, but it's highly unlikely that Chris will get charged with 36 counts. At the very most, he'd likely only get charged with the 11 or so times we know of, since it was tridaily. And that's only if it csn get proven in a court of law; a lot of serial murderers/rapists get charged with far less acts than they've done, because it's only word of mouth until somebody finds a body in a cement drum or navy is found in china instead of fanta
