Chris has been arrested

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.

He's probably in the process of being arraigned or has been arraigned already, which is the formal reading of charges. Let's assume that he's only charged with incest and not rape. The most likely outcome is a plea deal, and as someone else posted, a somewhat similar case involved an 18 month no-contact stipulation.

So, I think that even considering the best case scenario for Chris, he's out of 14BC for the foreseeable future. Quite literally the homeless saga begins.

If rape charges are added, then the seriousness of this case just went through the roof and prison saga is very likely.

Either way, not good for CWC.
Check a couple pages back. Arraignment date hasn't been sent and Greene Co. isn't commenting on the case.

Sadly, generally you can't call into a jail. The inmate has to call out, with credits added to their books. Not sure about NOVA, but the part of VA I'm from does as such.

The messages to Null about this show that Chris would have told someone in his life. Heck, he blabbed to Rocky about seeing a prostitute for sexual intimacy. That meaww click farm has a page for Mia Hamm now. Oversharing has always been my favorite Chris quality.
Very good point. So he would have been caught eventually, maybe after several months rather than one month, and nothing really matters in the end. (:_(

His crime was committed in Ruckersville though. Would they even be charging him in Henrico, or would his arraignment just be to work out his extradition?

Women really aren't like that in prison settings. They might be pissed he raped his mom. That's kind of an irregular thing for women to do to their moms, so there's no way of knowing how they'd handle it. If he'd hurt a child he'd be effed. He might just stay in county jail, which a lot of people consider worse than prison, because there are way less privileges and you're pretty much locked up in your cell all the time. Women who are unhinged are usually put in solitary, so chances of rape or extreme intimidation are low. If he keeps his mouth shut about his charges, they'll be nice to him and help him out since he's so helpless.

I think he'd be in worse shape in a men's facility for raping Barb. A lot of times your mom is the only one who sticks by your side even if you committed seriously heinous crimes. At least you still have mom. You always see these moms crying on the news about their wayward sons and how they were good boys or dindu nuthin'. So I would think a lot of those "good boys" would not take too kindly to that kind of mother abuse. The mom that enabled you to sit on your ass and play pretend with legos and Sonic for 40 years.

I can't see female prisoners being too happy about the mom raping either though.

Because of the news coverage this is getting, after years of denying him an article, Wikipedia admins are, sooner or later, going to have to write an article about Chris, about his pre-transition notability, about his incestous relationship with his mother, and about the eventual "Christine Weston Chandler V. State of Virginia" court case.
Imagine the edit wars.

What are the chances that Chris believes that he will become a sonichu and enter the other dimension when he dies? I feel like suicide is a very possible route for him once reality hits (if it ever will) and this all becomes too stressful for him.
suicide is very difficult even for very intelligent people in incarceration.

That's interesting. Usually an arraignment happens at the earliest possible date, which is the morning of the next business day. There's a Constitutional right to an arraignment within a reasonable time frame - they can't hold you without telling you what the charges are.

Wild speculation, but maybe they're going to add more charges than just incest? Of course, they can do that at any time - they don't have to hold up the arraignment for that. Maybe we'll see it tomorrow.

I'm not a lawyer, but i think they can charge him anywhere as long as it's in the state. However, all his fucked up actions he's done may keep him from arraignment today or for the foreseeable future tbh.

I wonder if, once Barb is declared incompetent, Cole will get possession of 14BC. Would he burn it down, or allow it to be forfeited to pay Barb and Chris' debts?

I imagine he could make a pretty penny auctioning off Chris' things, though I doubt he'd want to be connected to any of this any more than he already is.
holy shit imagine if he did sell all his shit, i think this would fucking kill chris if isnt already on his mind as we speak

Well the arrest was on a Sunday so chances are it might take this whole business day and maybe tomorrow there will be more info

Either way, he should get a marker and give himself two tear-drop tattoos. Maybe a swastika on his neck as well. No one will fuck with him after that, lol.

Sold the stuff and burn or tear down house would be most likely

They'll charge him where the crime occurred, which is whatever circuit Ruckersville is in. There's no complex process for extradition within a state, they'll just drive him over there. If it happens today, he could be arraigned later today or tomorrow.

Edit: Either way, criminal cases are usually not updated in online systems until the next day after they're entered in. So I'd check the website again tomorrow morning and if it's still not up, then Wednesday morning.
