I have heard there's a chance he could be booked at a female prison. No way should he be boarded with vulnerable women.

Any Americans who can contact this joint ?

Just so people know a little more about the process:

Generally, unless the police witness a crime in progress, they have to go get a warrant. There are some exceptions, but this situation doesn't fit any of those exceptions. So a judge had to sign off on the arrest warrant.

Once CWC is arrested, the matter then falls into the hands of the DA. The DA can do a number of things at this point. They could go with the incest charge, they could decline to prosecute. They could also add further charges. So even if the warrant was just for incest, the DA could add on rape or elder abuse.
Does there have to be probable cause for them to get a warrant? Meaning, did they find some sort of evidence that Chris actually did it, and therefore charged him (or will charge him) with incest?

His crime was committed in Ruckersville though. Would they even be charging him in Henrico, or would his arraignment just be to work out his extradition?
Correct - he'll be charged/arraigned in Greene Co. That is where the crime was committed, he was just arrested in Henrico. They may be working out his extradition, but it won't likely be that difficult.

Yes, they need PC for a warrant. Whatever evidence the police found during the course of the past couple days was enough for a judge to sign off on the incest charge.

It's possible Barb told the police what was happening while she was in the hospital though, or they found enough evidence they wanted to press charges. You can be forced by police to go to the hospital based on internet rumors.

Probable cause is required, but it's a fairly low standard. It's basically, "could a reasonable person believe a crime was committed?"

Barb may have said something - even if she said that "yes, it happened but it was consensual" would be enough.
