I'm not too sure about that. If Barb comes out as being a willing participant or grooming Chris, her past as a mother and grandmother may also be brought up. If that's the case, her other kids that she's been abusive too may end up testifying or even coming out with stories of sexual abuse themselves, which will be an absolutely horrifying addition to this.

The rules on when you can use that kind of thing as evidence against someone vary a lot by state, if you're talking about them charging Barb. I don't know Virginia's rules. It's actually more likely, in my opinion, that discussions of Barb's past could happen in Chris's trial, as part of his defense. But that would require a willingness to claim she raped him, which I... don't actually know how or if Chris would do that. He'd fuck her, but would he fuck her over?

Also, while courts can compel people to show up, they don't like it. They like cooperative witnesses. Someone recounting abuse from decades ago would be flimsy to begin with, but I doubt any of those people have any interest in traveling to court to spend time being cross-examined as a previous victim in an incest case that's being watched by thousands of Internet autists. I think the years have shown that they mostly want to be left out of the Chris thing.
