Its completely possible I misinterpreted the info, I have all of the same information you do. I thought that was how G202 got involved, was that people suspected the boy of being at the college with Kelly was him when it was revealed he was actually close with Fiona. However the original post appears to be updated implying there was no boy involved at the college and that it was a mislead by Bella/Kelly.

Maybe I'm misreading but I thought the gist was that G202 said that Fiona and G202 had no contact with Bella before then. I don't think he said anything about Bella not being in contact with CWC prior. He only really has info on himself and Fiona.
