Have you not seen the screen shots Null posted of his conversation with Chris? Because they were just posted again in this thread, a few messages back. Chris admits he hasn't spoken to Barb, but that he knows he'll need to pay back the money he took. He knows it wasn't his, and legally that is as good as an admission. Even if Barb allowed him online access in the past, the legal order supercedes that.

Bottom line, Chris violated the order.

Money, being a form of financial capital since we live in a society, is property. Chris was specifically restricted by this order from touching any of Barb's bank accounts, i.e., her property. At this point, it doesn't matter if Barb says "I gave him permission"; the fact is that he violated a binding legal restriction issued specifically against him by the state of Virginia.
