While trying to find their jail related stuff I did see that the Greene County police released a statement about this on Facebook.

The same reason why two people with Down's cohabitate with minimal supervision. There is a strong societal interest in keeping families together and preferring family care over state burden, and people will be given a presumption of capacity and innocence. I know Chris has had previous run-ins with law enforcement, but a lot of that was comparatively small potatoes.

As I said screencap it and in a few months if I'm wrong you can openly mock me however if I'm right you have to praise me for my ridiculously great foresight in the situation

I'm a betting man and I would bet money that Chris will end up somewhat unscathed not completely but somewhat

At this point I suppose the question is; who is more mentally competent, Barb or Chris? I couldn't safely answer that one. Who is the rapee or the rapist?

Possible, but I find it hard pressed to think a judge will be lenient on someone who brags about tying up their mother and raping her. This is clown world so nothing surprises me.

Grain of salt, but the fact that news outlets are stating additional charges pending leads me to believe this will be treated as rape. Could also be referring to the 750 dollars though.

I can safely assume that Chris would probably not going to jail, just having some rehabilitation or some sort of that

The alternative was Cole, he actually has responsibility as much as he despises Barb, and Chris he's the only person that legally should've been allowed to prevent this. The alternative was some wealthy Ween keeping Chris as a pet. Some influencer tard parading Chris in their mansion.
