Okay but now I’m wondering: will the cops (or the relevant parties) contact Cole about this? Since he’s technically next of kin, due to Chris being in jail, I’m assuming it would fall to him to determine what they do with Barb?

That’s how things work, right? When an elderly parent is determined to be far too disabled to care for themselves, it falls to the children to figure out how to handle the parent’s living situation, doesn’t it?

So my prediction is Chris will get off
You won't get off completely just like the last couple times where you got anger management or community service so he may get counseling a fine or something to that effect

No, I live in the area and although VA's governor is questionable, the local PD and courts only give a shit about disabilities to a certain extent. These aren't the average Twitter user that will go "oh it must've been the stress of a cruel and unjust world on a brave trans woman", these are people that will ask "did you do it?" And if he did they will ensure CWC is punished accordingly.

Chris' siblings were already contacted over taking in Chris until the EPO was over and charges were filed. From what we know, Cole did jack shit because he hates Barb, so I assume he's giddy as a school girl that his fat autistic manchild brother raped his senile worthless mother. The other Chandlers were originally going to take chris in until they found he was being charged with rape.

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to say I think that he will get off somewhat unscathed because we have witnessed this in the past

I mean if I pepper sprayed a GameStop employee I would 100% be in prison or at least jail for assault same goes for anyone here but Chris somehow has the ability to make a fool of himself to the point where they just let him go

Jesus Christ, I know Barb was a fucking terrible mother but that’s downright cruel of him. I guess I can’t blame him though.

There's a distinct line between doing a terrible job pepper spraying someone while throwing an autistic tantrum and repeatedly raping your own mother
