I'd be very surprised if they'd be able to get any evidence from Barb, she's probably confused and upset that she has been taken from her home and isn't likely to comply with a gynecological examination in that state.
Whoever is taking care of her probably has their hands full calming her down and reassuring her that she's being taken care of.

The only good thing about this is that Barb probably isn't fully aware of what her child did to her, if she had been then Chris would probably never even have attempted to do anything in the first place.

Some other kiwi made a good case that elderly women can show signs of sexual abuse in their vaginal area due to their age and it being easily torn and bruised. That, along with Chris's confession to his ween friend, will likely be enough to lock him away for a very long time.

This is my fear. As much as Chris tried to make his mother fucking seem gentle he’s a big sexually excited autist and he would have caused considerable damage to a frail elderly woman. No matter how he tried to describe it he was just using a very old woman as a fuck doll and besides the vagina there probably would have been bruising and injury all over her body from Chris raping her. Retarded. He's on the record as planning and executing a serial rape of a dementia ridden elderly woman under his care. Of course the state's gonna go after him. No way does he get parole in his mental condition, with his lack of ability to live on his own in the real world.

From what I've read on Virginia law about the mentally ill and autists it's a few steps to get Chris parole if it was rape. First it has to be declared that Chris committed these crimes because of his autism, and didn't understand what he was doing was wrong. Next he has to plead guilty, or be found guilty. Parole must be in a fixed area, under constant police supervision, can't be near the victim, and has to have a guardian that takes legal responsibility. I don't think he can get that, his other siblings have kids, and probably won't take him in after Barbs rape
