What's the status of chemical castration for sex offenders in Virginia? Assuming he gets slammed with the entirety of the rape charge he could be locked up for 5+ years. Can he bargain his cock for a lower sentence?

I believe they cannot force castration but that it can be done voluntarily. So yeah he can probably bargain his cock.

The state can pursue charges themselves they don't need the victim to want to pursue them. They only use that discretion in minor things.
