It's impossible for people in Ruckersville not to know of him, it's a small town of like 1,300 and Chris is not a subtle person.
I'd be willing to bet most of Charlottesville have heard of him as well - it might be a city but he'd have made the local news after trying to run over Snyder and going on trial for that. The law is mental, there's tons of injustices in the world. If she doesn't have dementia I was just asking if both the parties involved the the incest might get charged for it. I'm not saying it's right at all. Barb is clearly a rape victim here, but I've seen plenty of times shit gets twisted and poor people who shouldn't end up in jail.
