The degenerates you see now, it's hard to even take their measure. It's not that I'm afraid of them. I always knew you had to be willing to anger Twitter Trannies as part of this job. But, I don't want to push my chips forward and go out and meet something I don't understand. A man would have to put his soul at hazard. He'd have to say, "O.K., I'll call you CPU goddess, ma'am."

yeah , i do feel bad for the other family members plus im also amazed that they are not haunted or held back by the stigmas that can often come with being related to someone like chris chan, i am glad and i respect cole, the other 2 brothers and sister that were able to get out and get away, cut all ties, and not be effected or looked down on because of who they are related to , i still am very curious about the older 2 brothers and the sister, as well as cole, how they managed to do it.

On the Facebook post some of his neighbors have commented most likely they are buried now but the comments were there and also comments from the community

After reading all of them it puts the whole line of Chris Chan's not really that well known outside of message boards into perspective

His local community did know and did despise him

Thank you for this. I'm interested in seeing the court dockets once they come out.

Some places don't allow X crime to bond regardless of it's nature. Chris being a rapist is a danger to the community (aka his mom being her caregiver) is likely why he's not on bond/ wont be

Edit: he also doesn't have a place to live or anyone who can vouch for him. That's a big no for flight risks.

I can translate legalese to normie if needed as criminal law is one of my fields although I don't know the differences in Virginia laws as I haven't looked yet.

Giving the jail timeline, he's basically probably already met with his very very sad lawyer who has definitely heard about Sonichu by now and will see the judge soon for arraignment. Idk how fast their courts are im imagining pretty fast because there's not much to do.


Edit 2: in a perfect disaster world, Gunt and Chris would be cellies

Whether it's rape likely depends on a proper evaluation of Barb's mental state. Painful sex doesn't necessarily mean rape, especially for an 80 year old woman like Barb who's china probably doesn't lubricate properly. No, Barb's blank ass stares on camera are not actual proof of dementia or a similar condition. It could be completely consensual incestuous sex given they're history of inappropriate conduct. Barb's mental capacity and testimony, a proper confession from Chris (to police or in court), and evidence of rape will all be deciding factors. If Barb is too far gone to consent she's likely too far gone to give reliable testimony as well. All that is actually known is that Chris admitted through texts to an uninvolved third party (at the time, assuming that they weren't coercing Chris into relations with Barb), which isn't enough to convict Chris, it's really only grounds to investigate. This text confession likely won't hold up in court unless the the phone carrier or app staff is subpoena'd and hands over chat logs, and even then that's still not concrete proof.
