I don't know considering Bella was the only one with evidence of the whole incest thing I think it's pretty reasonable to believe that she was able to receive this sort of information before anyone else on Chris's contact list.

In all honesty I feel like a couple of the people doxxed in this group probably had lesser involvement or were even bystanders in this whole situation, but they're all old enough to know not to pozload my neghole.
