POLICE ISSUE A STATEMENT

I don't know why everyone's saying "oh that poor investigator." Imagine getting PAID to read up on Chris-Chan all day, read the cwcki (or archives, rather), and then draft papers to prosecute Chris for incest.

Y'all think you have funny work stories, but this detective has pretty much everyone beat. He's gonna go home to his wife, or talk to his frirnds at a bar and be like "you have no fucking idea who I'm investigating at work right now."
Well it's not just that it's also the thousands and thousands of calls and emails from weens he will have to deal with and then somehow figuring out how to talk about the dimensional merge in the description portion of his paperwork which is something that would literally take half a stack of papers just to fully document his delusions for the court

I already figured that Barb and Bob were both talked about more than a preacher's knocked up daughter anyway. I can just imagine the conversations from the neighbors right now...
Chris' neighbors right now are probably happy that they can finally get a peaceful day where they don't have to hear chris screaming autisticly about MLP.

I can already see it now, he'll be rambling about Sonichu, C197 and the merge non fucking stop to all the other inmates. And tard raging at any who don't respect his status as a CPU goddess.

"As you know I'm duh true and original creator of sonichu and rosechu, i am-"

"Leave me the fuck alone weirdo."

"Well it seems you're just a DANG slanderous troll and a friggin JERK!"

He's eventually gonna get ganged up on real quick, like Private Pyle was in full metal jacket. Then eventually he'll have a tard meltdown.
"WHAT IS YOUR MAJOR MALFUNCTION, NUMBNUTS? DIDN'T YOUR MOMMY GIVE YOU ENOUGH ATTENTION AS A CHILD???"

...and that was the last anyone heard of that jerkop CO.

Just wanted to say there's a metric ton more concrete evidence in this whole debacle alone, than when Byuu supposedly killed himself (still waiting on that confirmation).

Around that time, trannies chose to decry and DDOS the Farms over a fake suicide for weeks, but now refuse to grow some nuance to tackle the reality of another troon raping his own mom. They decry all crimes, until a crime is committed by their own cult member and they do what they always do: complain about pronoun usage instead as a way to protect their own kind and keep people from seeing the horrors behind the estrogen pill bead curtain.

Something to think about.

Yall motherfuckers :tomgirl: need to cool your horses ffs. Acting like Chris has already been convicted and is going away to be locked up for decades in some federal penitentiary to share a cell with a 6'6 300lb black guy named Bubba. First, Chris was just arrested yesterday and his case is still being built by the detectives, heck we don't even have the full list of charges that Chris is being charged with besides incest and God-Bear knows what else. It might take weeks before the full list of charges is even dropped on us all the while Chris idles away in his cell.

Second, you need to reread this thread again and understand that not every arrest automatically leads to a trial. We're not guaranteed to witness the Trial of The Century with Chris facing off against the likes of Null, Michael Snyder, Mary Lee Walsh, Megan, etc, etc, on the witness stand. The legal system in America is as complicated as the IRS code and many more things can happen between an arrest and a conviction. Chris might end up pleading guilty to a lesser charge, receive a probation, be sent to a mental health facility to get his noggin checked out, etc, etc. and never see the inside of a jail. There's so many variables in play, that it's impossible to predict what the exact sentence will finally end up being.

And like the man says, heck this is just one of the possible outcomes of this whole sitution that we may witness. No flashy trial, no ex-trolls testifying on witness stand, no front-page media attention aka OJ trial, etc. Just a quiet plea deal in the courtroom and off to supervised therapy. And that's just one of the outcomes, there could be many others in play. It all depends what happens between the prosecutors, the defense lawyers, the presiding judge, etc. The wheels of Justice may spin slowly in America, but they do spin. And God-Bear help you then. So leave it to the experts for now to do their job, grab your popcorn and just enjoy the Truman Chris-Show as it unfolds.
yes but we are hoping for a crazy ass trial where all the skeletons are let out of his dingy closet, because lets face it Chris is beyond bat-shit crazy and if he goes to trial is likely to be a doozy and ever as much entertaining as it will be highly disturbing as well

at a glance looks like any other lawyer, but zooming in on that tie tack . . .

What are the other charges they could be considering? Rape, endangering the welfare of an elderly/disabled person, assault?
Rape is definitely coming as a charge. Maybe also some assorted charges about him being the guardian and neglecting her i.e. some sort of elder abuse.

Mabybe the 750$ but to be honest, with incest and rape locked-in, why bother spending time on "stealing some pocket change"

If he goes to trial instead of taking a plea deal, then either his PD or the DA weren't doing their jobs.
