loli is tangling with the first amendment. without anything else to tack on, nobody really wants to try and cross that bridge. that specific law has been challenged in at least one case.

On July 31st, 2021 the Greene County Sheriffs Office received information involving sex crimes against a family member, who resides in the Ruckersville area. Both the victim and the suspect reside in Greene County. Based on the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued.

On 8/1/2021 , the Henrico Police Department was able to locate and arrest the following individual:
Christine Weston Chandler of Ruckersville, VA

He is currently charged with the following:
Va Code: 18.2-366 Incest

Christine Chandler is currently being held without bond at the Central Virginia Regional Jail.

This is an ongoing investigation with additional charges pending. Anyone with information is urged to contact Investigator Jason Tooley with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office at (434)531-0866.

They dye their hair stupid colors constantly with very little knowledge of hair coloring or after care. They literally just slap on whatever is cheapest and don't understand color theory so it's always a disaster.

It really doesn't help Chris that the case has attracted a lot of publicity, that may have taken the authorities by surprise but still I imagine they don't want to get caught out again. If that means stowing Chris in jail for a couple of years, they'll probably be able to arrange that.

I didn't mean Chris wouldn't be charged or go to jail. I meant that it will likely be a plea deal and not a trial, like about 95% of convictions in the US.

The justice system in the US is not like on tv, the prosecutors just threaten you with extra charges until you give up and plead guilty to something less serious. They save money and get high conviction rates, you get a criminal record forever even if you didn't do anything.

Chris actually did do something, but he will probably just agree to a lesser plea and get a slap on the wrist.

You can be concerned about two things at the same time you absolute spastic. People are especially concerned with drawings because it is used as a legal loophole and a method of mainstreaming it.

it's one thing if you're legitimately trans, and that's chill, but it's another thing if you only "transitioned" so you could (theoretically) fulfill some twisted lesbian porn fantasies. chris is an actual fucking joke to literally every sane transfeminine person and the people who think it's more important to play pronoun police after it's pretty much been confirmed that he raped his own mother multiple times need to get their heads examined. i know they have to put up with it temporarily, but i hope chris isn't getting what he wants right now with being surrounded by female inmates. thanks for all the updates on this dumpsterfire though, still can't believe this much has happened over the past few days.

That's why I personally don't screw with hair dye and all that stuff; if you don't do it right or the colors clash, it's gonna look like a hack job, but hey, that's just me.
