I liked the video you put up today (and not just because you said some positive things about the farms). I think you said some very sensible things. Any community is better if they are critical and weed out dangerous or toxic people, not just the trans community. When an incident like with Chris happens people need to get their priorities straight, and the outrage right now shouldn't be 'why are those transphobes misgendering Christine reeeee'. That's not going to endear your community to normal people either, who are just horrified by this whole thing.
Asking for video responses is a nice idea, I hope you get some people who are willing to do that. Might help grow your channel faster, if that's what you're going for.

Slight PL but I'm in academia, and we do similar dumb things as a community, I guess that's why it resonates with me.
People here are so obsessed with keeping up their reputation that they will silence any complaints of abuse or dissent and intimidate people (usually students and lower-level staff who are powerless) who are breaking down into shutting up at all costs. And guess what, it doesn't make abuse and shitty behaviour go away, it just makes it so much worse and attracts even more abusers. Sometimes you have to say 'no' to people for the good of the wider community, but that's apparently veeery difficult. And it's all because of some 'us against them' attitude. That way of thinking always ends up awful.

Something I've always wondered: how do we get people working to mine raw material? Do they still get paid or do they get paid more? Do they get extra benefits? Same with those who work fixing sewer pipes and such. How do we get people to do jobs that are unattractive but necessary?
And because it was brought up earlier, what is your ideal prison/reformation of criminals? What do you suggest for minor offenders and major offenders? For those who refuse to change and have done major offenses like murder or pedophillia, what course of action is there? A lot of nice people wish for therapy for pedophiles, and I would wish it more too if the recidivism rate wasn't so high (~80% unfortunately). Do you believe that there should be a dedicated job to keeping the peace or would you rather the community police itself?
Edit: forgot. What do you feel is womanhood to you? What makes a woman a woman?

I glanced at the beauty parlor yesterday and seems like there might be some good content that could come out of reacting to them. Sounds like there is a lot of unhealthy enabling going on with them and youtube.
I always held on to certain anarchist principles even before I explicitly identify as one.. When I moved from being Socialist dem to a Communist I took issue with a lot of tankies, people spreading propeganda from authoritarian governments, people who would make exceptions for trans and sex workers rights and people who want war and mass death, extremists.. I have a lot of ML friends and agree with a lot of their tenants, many of mine are rooted in those anyways but people who treat Marx like a God are being dishonest. I was doing a little bit of research on what anarcho communism actually implies and was turned on to AnarchoSyndicalism by my gf. It seems to offer a lot of reasonable solutions to the problems with capitalism and the working world we live in today. I specified in my last Ducks and Chill video (#3) that I believe it should be the working class chosing what jobs are automated and the working class who benefits from the leisure and profits of automation, perhaps this could be distributed via UBI. That's one example that I think could be really helpful.
I was also saying in my videos that if we redistributed wealth, especially from the top wealth holding individuals in our society, I believe we could pay folks willing to do these things a significantly higher pay. If we can have a more self sustaining and automated society where peoples needs are met, we should be able to provide a much greater incentive to those doing the dirty work.
Seems like instead, the way we live now, there are some lucky people at the top who really just leech off society and this kind of parasitic order trickles down and manifests in a way that has us all cutthroat at each other, fighting over crumbs. It seems like a very obvious error to me but I understand these things arent easy to fix.
Obviously there are some people who are unendlingly a violent threat to society and I want them to be kept separate from people they could hurt in a humane way. It would need to be a form of incarceration that is much less cruel than our current one to fit my standard. It wouldn't be desirable but I also don't think it should be such a living hell. Pedophiles and murderers should be given therapy and we should try to help them to be better able to understand and cope with how they are but I agree that the majority of these folks cannot be trusted and I would be extremely apprehensive about giving them the freedom to roam society.
Some will need to be kept away for most if not all of their lives. We can continue to learn from them and study them in order to help reduce the symptoms which make them like that and for preventative measures but I would be pretty dismissive of some person or corporate entity claiming to have found a "cure."
I would like for the police to be entirely phased out over time and believe that organized community policing can help with that but there are other systems we can put in place to help achieve a better system than our current one. We can use technology to automate effective security mechanisms for average people and take radical measures to meet people's needs and I think we could see a more peaceful society which is more manageable in the case of an emergency and where specialists can intervene. It will take time.
Being a woman and being open about that identity is a way of me expressing how I feel. My experience isn't the same as everyone's but as I mentioned earlier in the thread I "felt" like a girl at a really young age. Twaw and ywnba are really rhetorical and I feel like people get into a lot of convoluted semantics over it. To me having grown up always wanting to grow up and be a woman and then being happy and feeling fulfillment and being able to heal from the dysphoria proves to me that it is a valid identity and it is true.
I have a lot of trauma from my dysphoria and a lot of bullying I've experienced in life and don't want simply that to define my womanhood so I observe affirming things in my life and try to be appreciative of them, maybe express those things to people. People tell me they don't experience dysphoria yet are happy transitioning and it honestly gives me hope that in a better time for trans people in the future we won't have to go thru as much stigma. I feel like there is little to gain from scrutinizing their claims. People being trans or nonbinary, I would like us to simply be allowed to "just be" more in life rather than deal with so much of the constant critique that we do. Some who identify with us(not my priority to prove if they are truly trans or not) who go out and hurt people and those who are parasocial manipulators make this very difficult for us and it's unfortunate. It's a setback that I think the community needs to get more comfortable addressing.

I think you would really get a rise out of HAES community because you are thin. Maybe I'm in the minority. But I'm interested to know, for you - someone who fought and found their body such an expression of themselves, how do you view people who just seemingly destroy it through health issues brought on by obesity? They see being thin as a privilege and being fat as a immutable characteristic which they cannot change and is the same level as racism, disability discrimination etc. The general deathfat and fat acceptance thread or sex worker thread may pick out some people more interesting to you. A lot of our deathfats are SJW and say they are a non typical gender. What do you think of the genuineness of their stance?

Most regulars tip decent and consistently. I'm understanding on days where they obviously are a little short because they bring me good business. I think they learn the hard way if they consistently don't tip the drivers. I know I take my sweet time on certain no tip orders. I've read horror stories on Reddit.
It's true, it did take work and discipline to get a body like this and to keep it. I feel like it is within a lot of people, the power to change but that seems like a really personal thing. I try not to be too pushy but allow people to ask me for tips, coaching on their own accord. I had one person specifically hate on me over my skinny privilege at a party and I thought it was really silly.
I try not to fatshame because I feel like the harassment and the dysmorphia they go through must be really painful. I try to encourage body positivity and for people to see their beauty regardless of size but within body positivity there is grey line where people begin normalizing and encouraging eating disorders and destructive behavior. I try to be really specific in pointing that out.
my instinct is to believe peoples gender ID because I've had so many people try to gatekeep me and I feel like it doesnt serve much use to scrutinize. There are people identifying as one of us who it is easy to find a plethora of reasons why they aren't welcomed by me, to speak for us and to mingle in my many different friendship circles which I am in as we relate on gender issues.

Well, we have @Miss Tommie Jayne Wasserberg roaming the farms, so they aren't that far off the mark. But then again, the only other tranny that I know who has pedo tendencies is Yaniv.
Basically, a sizeable number of serial killers have experienced an abusive childhood. And there was a babysitter who literally blamed the voices in her head for killing off several children.
But bear in mind that being mentally ill normally doesn't creates killers, it just puts them a little bit closer to killing someone, compared to the average person.
Plus, we have all these criminal syndicates and relatively normal people who are filling up the prisons as opposed to just people hailing from the psych ward.

This. Goes along with getting peoples needs met that we get people psychological help and get people effective evaluations. Also I am glad you mentioned the syndicates and there is a lot which systemically propagates those groups and pushes people into those lifestyles/ connections.
