We know that there are two males and two females. Two females being fiona and Kelly/Bella and two males being Luis and grant. Grant is third party that only knows what Fiona tells him and lets him share, because they are friends IRL he doesn't wanna mess up the friendship. Luis knows Bella/Kelly IRL and they both attend texas tech. Its believed they tried to set up Fiona at everfree and embarass both her and CWC.
