Gibi said that she contacted him 3 days ago, so you are right.

He mentioned this when discussing why he finds her more credible than grant
"He came forward hours ago, she came forward to me 3 days ago"
Why else let Fiona leak the audio? If things go right, she can come out and claim her fame, if it goes wrong, its ALL fionas fault.

I think like an autistic idiot, Fiona did what she was told because she was singularly focused on Chris, and couldn't see the wood for the trees.
What's this? Isabella Loretta Janke groomed not one but two Autistic individuals as part of her le ebic troll plan? Surely this can't be a good look for Isabella Loretta Janke in the cryptography field?

That's a fair point. I guess what it comes down to is if his defender wants to argue an insanity defence, then they'd need to see his messages to examine if he knew what he was doing was wrong and tried to cover it up (which he totally did), in which case they might want to talk to Bella (who'd invariably drag Fiona into this). But I guess if they've got the evidence of the rape kit from Barb and no doubt Chris's own autistic admissions, plus the wire fraud, then they can just book him for that and the defender would tell him to take a plea bargain.
Depending on the jurisdiction only 1%-4% of convictions come from a trial. Courtroom drama is all over the media, so people grossly overestimate how often it happens, but in reality the right to trial has mostly been eradicated by harsh maximum sentencing laws. If it looks like the state will win, they force a plea bargain. If the state is unsure of victory, they'll offer a very generous plea bargain. If the state thinks they will probably lose, they just drop the charges.

It only gets to a trial in two cases, one where both sides are optimistic of victory, and one where the prosecution is determined for maximum sentence on all charges leaving the defense nothing to lose by going to trial. Then there is the rare case where the defense is so incredibly stupid that they want to go to trial regardless -- which I could see Chris potentially doing to live out some sort of courtroom drama fantasy, but he's also too lazy to jump through the hoops to defiantly demand it, and I think any lawyer would try to get Chris declared incompetent first even if he did.

In GiBi's video posted yesterday morning he claims he has one source who is "one step removed" from the situation, which he then says could be wrong, misinterpreted, or flat out lies. He implies that Fiona or Bella or both may be wranglers tasked by Null to accompany Chris to the convention. Do we know who the wranglers would have been, and is it possible one of them may know more?

If GiBi does keep talking to Isabella, then that opens the question of "What is the connection between GiBi and Isabella" and considering that Isabella was involved with Praetor and co, than what conversations have Isabella and GiBi(one of the self proclaimed guardians of CWC) had with each other up to now.

Who was it that said that Isabella knew what Chris had been saying to his protectors behind the scenes, and what they had been saying to him?
